AmadorArts: Online is Where to Find Amador Open Mic - 1st Thursdays through June 4

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is important to stay at home. But in Amador County, we love music!  And it’s also known that folks like to tell stories, read poetry, and sing from porches. The popular Thursdays Open Mic with the Amador County Arts Council is still happening but on a Zoom Room. It's still for all ages and family-friendly.

Perform with your buddies and/or enjoy the talents of others from all over the county.  Open Mic is from 6:30 to 8:30 with 10 minute slots. Signup begin at 6pm inside zoom. People can call in, and all types of performing arts and sharing is encouraged.

Download the free Zoom app and then go to this link: Join Zoom Meeting https://us04web.zoom.us/j/447533381.  Meeting ID: 447 533 381.

Save the dates of April 2, May 7, and June 4…the same Zoom Meeting link and ID can be used for every first Thursday.

Open Mic Online is brought to you by the non-profit Amador County Arts Council and through partial funding by the California Arts Council, a State Agency. Go to the facebook page of AmadorArts for more information. Or www.amadorarts.org has a complete list of all of its many online classes and activities.

Open Mic works just as well online. Adam Gottstein, a frequent performer at Open Mic,
can now be outdoors at home and participate. And you can, too!
