Mother Lode Friends of Music Presents First-Ever Youth Concert - Sun Mar 1

Mother Lode Friends of Music invite you to a delightful afternoon of youthful exuberance and joy, Sunday, March 1, 2020, 2:00 pm at the Sutter Creek Theater, Sutter Creek.

The first-ever MLFM Youth Concert will feature talented and dedicated young musicians from Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador Counties.  Please come and support these young people, ages 12 – 18, who represent the future of live music performances.

Performers include Tanner Richardson and Brian Yu on piano, Sophia Hsue and Jasmine Hwang on violin, Phoenix Farris on flute, Carlton Leggett on trumpet, and vocalists Genevieve Florez, Alissa DeAnda, and Camryn Smith.

The program will be primarily classical music, but will also include some jazz and show tunes. Each performer will perform one or two selections on their respective instruments.

The Sutter Creek Theatre, 44 Main Street, Sutter Creek, is the perfect setting to enjoy music by this promising group of musicians. Admission to the concert is free to Mother Lode Friends of Music members; $20 admission for others.
