SUTTER CREEK, CA - Boutique winery Feist in Sutter Creek hosts music Friday and Saturday night of President’s Day Weekend. The winery produces a stream of  concerts with musicians on tour and local bands whose common thread is their talent.

Friday, February 14 The Boxhorn Trio plays at 6:30 p.m. Feist offers a three course candlelit Valentine’s Dinner for the evening made up of local organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats. Also available will be fresh Pacific oysters on the half shell. The trio is led by Amador local Herb Boxhorn, their set list is comprised of jazz standards and rock.

Saturday, February 15 Danny Morris & the California Stars take the stage at 7 p.m. “They play country music the way it used to be: stripped down, honest, blue collar and raw—with influences like Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson." says Aaron Carnes of Sacramento News & Review.
They play in a hard-driving, hard-drinking, hard-living style. Not to be mistaken for neo-traditionalists, they bring a healthy dose of rock and roll to the party. The result is a mix of classic country songs and rocking originals with a focus on the country music triumvirate - drinking, heartache, and murder.

Small lot wine, farm to fork wood-fired pizza, artisan cheeses and charcuterie are also available for purchase. The cover charge is waived with the February 14 prix fixe dinner.
