celebrate Captain Encouragement 2019 Book Tour Saturday, March 9,
from 11 am to 1 pm at the Amador County Library. Our favorite frown-fighting
superhero has been traveling to schools around the world teaching leadership,
resilience and anti-bullying to young heroes!

is launching his newest comic book and we want to celebrate the launch with
