Sound Healing has been practiced for thousands of years. We see it with the Aboriginals from Australia and the didjereedoo. Native Americans work with drumming and flute. As well as Tibetan singing bowls being worked with in India and Asia. All these practices work with the mind to guide it with frequency and our intention in this meditative process of healing and letting go. Join us for an evening of Sound, Intention, and Healing with
Come out with a fantastic group of community members and enjoy the outdoors! We will meet at Amador Yoga to carpool/caravan at 9am Sunday 2/24 (weather permitting) and leave for the Kirkwood Cross Country Center at 9:15a. We will have an additional meeting location for those folks who live upcountry at the Forest Service office. This second group will meet at 9:15a at 26820 Silver Dr. in Pioneer and leave for Kirkwood at 9:30a. The two groups will rondezvous at the Kirkwood Cross Country Center around 11a where those who need rental snowshoes can purchase them for $30/day. Please make sure to bring water and food, and dress in layers (hat, gloves, sunnglasses) as temperatures can change dramatically in the high country.
